Our nutritionist Alison is on hand with meal plans, guidance, recipes, challenges and advice into how to get your eating habits working well to nurture and nourish your amazing bod and your baby.
Our fitness expert Lynsey has created a workout that can be tailored to your own personal needs and ability throughout the different stages of your pregnancy. There is also plenty of important advice and information to keep you and baby safe.
A gentle workout to help improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, prepare the body for birth, provide relief from common pregnancy complaints and promote connection with your baby.
Meet others on the course in a bi-weekly drop-in chat on zoom to chat due dates and share tips & advice... a lovely way to get to know others sharing the experience of pregnancy after loss.
